You are a leader, but first and foremost you are a human being. It is precisely what you get to be in nature. Opening up to the life around you will help reach the life within yourself. In a simple way, you may realize things that were already right in front of you.

One to one with the forest

 

For you who need flexibility and a program designed to your questions and needs as a leader.

We meet outside for one or several sessions under the period that suits you.

By changing environment and let your emotional and sensory intelligence express itself in nature, you get the possibility to reflect on your role as a leader in a new way and discover new paths.

Enjoying the Nature

At least 3 sessions of 2h are recommended.

Location: determined at time of booking.

Price: depends on number of sessions, location, preparation needs.

Min price 3500 SEK (excl.VAT) / one session.

How does it go?

  • At a first meeting (digital or physical) we will clearly define your needs and purpose of the program. The program should be tailored to you and not the other way around!

  • Agreement on the program layout: number of sessions, date, time, place and price.

  • I use tools based on forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku) and nature & forest therapy.

  • Each opportunity will follow a sequence of guided "exercises" where we open our senses to nature. Concretely, I will give you the opportunity to do different things in nature linked to the defined program purpose. There will be moments to share what we experience.

  • Each session will end with a tea ceremony.

Slowing down and be fully present into nature will help you grow as a person and leader.

Together with the forest

You are several persons with leader role in the same organisation, you belong to the same management group.

A program where you can learn from each other and which promotes collective emotional intelligence.

Number of participants: up to 15 pers/guide

Pris: depends on number of sessions & participants, location, preparation needs.

Minimum price 6000 SEK (excl.VAT) /one session up to 6 participants.
